This stunning, luxuriously appointed oak-timbered barn conversion is set amongst quiet rural Wiltshire with lovely views & wide open spaces.

The pond is an ancient feature which was originally used to clean the wheels of the horse-drawn farm equipment. A fence has been erected to surround Drakes Barn and to keep the ducks on the pond area and to keep children and dogs out of the pond.

This stunning barn conversion has two double bedrooms on the one level and a good sized fully equipped utility room. The blue bedroom has a Super King size `zip and link` bed with en-suite bathroom, the red bedroom has a King size (5ft) bed near a shower-room with a large double shower, a wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Modern fixtures and fittings have been included in this building - a large wall mounted television with Sky TV and an entertainment system, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms with TV‘s, bathrooms with rubber ducks. All duvets, crisp linen and thick fluffy towels are complimentary as are bathroom toiletries and tasty welcome biscuits. Our aim is to keep a very high standard of fixtures, fittings and furniture throughout to enable us to provide an excellent quality of holiday for our guests.

 Outside on the west facing deck, over-looking the duck pond, is very comfortable furniture and a barbeque. A large lawned area is on the eastern side, at the front and to one side providing plenty of play and relaxation space. A 3-seater Lutyens bench is great for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun.
